It is better to in the following order the Rishikesh. Sarvangasan is in the begenning and from there you can continue Halasana. Ardhamatsyendra Asana is very good in the last before Shavasana because twist postures does better effect when it done in the end. Sirshasan you can do in the last due to it's balancing nature too. Padangustha is one of good balancing posture so, you have three balancing postures one by one and it will continue the concentration of the mind to with the body. Bakasan is not very necessory if you have weak hand joint, you can just try to shift whole body weight on the hand but not completly Bakasan, with the time it will improve itself and then you can do it completly. Good is when legs are close together and knee are close to under hand joints.

Pranayama you can take before Uddiyan bandh. Uddiyan is one of 28 Mudras which does effect direkt on the Manipur Chakra. For better response you have good control on the breath and longer you can hold this is the fact why Pranayama is before Mudra and Meditaion. Nauli is the cleaning exercise and it is better before Pranayma then you have more control and rhythem on the breath but more important is th clean breath :)
