Function of Mantra in Meditational aspect
Mantras are the special arrangement of the words in Sanskrit and always attached together in the poetry form. By this character of arrangement mantras produce special type of vibration. According to special arrangement of the Sanskrit words, tongue moves different than the normal. The Bija mantras(literally, seed mantras) are the sounds of the letters of the Sanskrit alhabet that are associated with the seven main chakras(energy centres of our subtle bodies that, of course, permeate from the subtle to the gross of our existence). Because they permeate from the subtle to the gross of our exitstence, the chakras affect our physicology and our emotions. Below is a list of the seven main chakras in the order in which they exist, from the bottom of the spinal column to the crown of the head.
