It is our body, "Instrument and Reason of Sorrow, Instrument and Reason of Liberation" …it is goes to us, what we want and how much we learn control on itself…..Kashinath
"Energy at different levels is known by different names. At the highest level it is called spiritual experience. On the emotional level called love. On the physical level it is known as sex, and at the lowest level it is known as Avidya or ignorance. Just as curd, butter and cheese are the different formations of the one thing-milk, energy has different manifestations." Then it is goes to us which form of energy we want and for that how much control we have. For to make the cheese from milk it take long time and special treatment, same if we need better form of energy then it take long time under special treatment and then you have different personality due to different stage of energy.
Peoples Tantra and Kundalini -Kashinath
Kundalini is now a days very controversial word. Many unpleasant play much unpleasant business taking place by the name of Kundalini or Tantra. Tantra is the medium where all the pre-developed culture will slowly volatile (remove). Your consciousness will get another definition. Tantra is very much depends on the mantra and rituals. That was all to control the energy, purify the energy, unite the energy etc. and for these all gives specific ritual with mantra. Before this ritual was making by only 'Sidha Tantrik' who had controlled energy already and he was great Monk was doing for society.
Tantra was working directly on the atmosphere and this atmosphere was connecting to the person. Some were getting directly on the person to purify him and that is the sense to to put in pure energy and take of impure energy. That was the inner flow. After flowing inner ward there will be different world, different point of view. When this flow you can get through your practice with mantra and yoga as well as awareness with energy points known as Kundalin Yoga. If in the practice, awareness towards sensual satisfaction that means it is still flowing out.
Energy transformations in Kundalini take place without ritual. Here in Mantra also has difference. It is for the internal body than the mantra in Ritual.
The developments of Kundalini are parallel to the development of your consciousness. How you develop your consciousness, you are also aware with your energy. In other hand you can say you can work more on your energy.
It is the simple example; if we remove our bad karma, good karma will shown itself as the rest. Here all I mean, till you not care and control to run behind sense to fulfils it's demand, it is hard to walk on yoga and yoga mean super consciousness where you do not have any tension toward life, you do not have any demand from your body. These all characters develop how deep you flow inner ward. These all are the symptoms of Kundalini.
Kundalin means circle. Here is the circle about your energy which runs from Ida to Pingla. Kundalini is the word, which is symbolizing for the recessive for of energy in the lake of consciousness, symbolizing the small form of energy which is itself not really small. It is shown with snack when sleep then make some circle of it's body and becomes smaller, when he wake up then body becomes straight and looks real length. Also it is the same structure to the brain like snack sleeps, when consciousness develop then we get more control on the energy and this Kundalini word symbolized for of the internal structure of the brain. It is the symbol of consciousness, during it's awake and symbolized as Spinal Chord.
Karpurgauram karunavatarma sansarsaram bhujagendraharam I
Sada vasantam hridayaravinde bhavam bhavani sahitam namami II
This is the reason why the every God and Goddess in Hinduism has at least one snack in the hand and who have the snack as his garland his name is Yogeshwer (Shiva), which means his have under control his sensual desire and deep flow of inner ward and super consciousness. So, Kundalini is not separate things from yoga.
In Many original and oldest yogic scripters is written in the form of Mantra that, Kundalini is the base of every kind of Yoga and every Yoga get end on the Higher Consciousness and that will take place in The Meditation. That is the reason why it is not very clear definition about Kundalini Yoga exists in Vedic Yogic sources.
Some real script about the Tantra are Kashmir Shavisma, Devimahatma etc. but these all are keep distance from sex and running like beggar for sensual fun. These all are also talk about the inner flow and the story about Hindu Goddess as Heroin. But it is not the ambition to let you know the stories, real ambition is to improve your character better. Of course there are some ritual and mantra which normally use in Tantra and these all again to flow in and becomes stable. Till you do not stabile, no any chance to discover it self. Energy do not have the form but in which pot you pour it, take the shape. I am not talking abut water or like some liquid. I am talking about energy. When you think always about your particular shirt, your energy will get the shape of that particular shirt. As you get control becomes better form of the energy or you get better consciousness. In the last you find higher form or most refined form and to discover itself will be in the way of this journey.
There are some scripture directly written about Chakra as form, structures, location and their duties and during command on this energy or after awaking this energy you get some extra qualities which compare to extra power than the normal human beings.
These all are seven in number and the Manipura is the lowest and Sahasrar is the on top. There are some information about the Chakra given below as some Upanishad and traditional yogic books.
Mooladhar:
Description about chakra According to Yogchudamondya Upanishad
Name, lotus petal and it's Place in the body
1. Mooladhar 4 petals, Perineal Plexus (Near anus towards root of penis, towards libia majora)
2. Swadhisthan 6 petals, Hydro-gastric plexus (3-4 cm before starting penis/vigina after Novel-before bone starts)
3. Manipur 10 petels, Epigastric plexus (behind navel)
4. Anahat 12 petals, Cardic plexus (centre of chest, at the heart)
5. Vishudhi 16 petals, Carotid plexus (at the carotid depression, in the pit of the throat)
6. Agyan 2 petals, Medulla plexus (enter between both eye-brows)
7. Sahasrar thousands petals and internal part of the crown of the head (there is no description about this chakra in the Yogchudamandya Upanishad)
Mooladhar Chakra
Mooladhar consist with two words, mool and adhar. Mool means originating point or source or root and adhar means base. That mean base of root. Mooladhara is at the basic root of the chakra system and its influences are at the root of our whole existence. It is the inner aspect of that nerve complex which carries all kinds of sensations and is immediately connected with the testes. In the female body, mooladhar chakra lies on the posterior side of the cervix.
Mooladhar is the base from which the three main nadis emerge and flow up the spinal cord. It is said that Ida, the mental force, emerges from the left of the mooladhar; Pingla, the vital force, from the right; and Sushumna, the spiritual force, from the centre. In Tantra, this is the emanation point is highly volatile. When the positive and negative forces of Ida and Pingala are completely balanced, and awakening is sparked off here which arouses the dormant kundalini.
Swadhisthan Chakra
In Swadhisthan, Swa means itself or own, and adhisthan means place or residence. That mean the place which is related from own or place of itself. This chakra also has many things to do with our ego because ego is the important phenomena to clear our presence or we say, "I AM". This energy point is shows it's own independent existence and play big role to daily life interest and decision.
Swadhisthan corresponds to the reproductive and urinary systems in the gross body and is physiologically related to the prostatic or utero-vaginal plexus of nerves. The location of swadhisthan is at the base of the spinal column, at the level of the coccyx or tailbone. This is a small bony bulb which can be felt just above the anus. It is anatomically very close to mooladhar chakra in both the male and female bodies. Swadhisthan kshetram is in the front of the body at the level of the pubic bone.
When the kundalini energy is residing in swadhisthan chakra, the last vestige of karma is being thrown out and all the negative samskaras express themselves and are expelled. At this time you may be angry, afraid, or dull of sexual fantasies and passion. You may also experience lethargy, indolence, depression and all kinds of tamasic characteristics. This stage of evolution is known as purgatory. Only those who are fearless and of strong willpower can survive through the temptation.
Mostly there is always lake of consciousness with this energy and becomes the cause of destruction from the real path of birth ambition (the cause why you got the birth as a human being)…and let you the mean of life just the matter of fun. You can leave all the sensual pleasures, fun but the taste will remain in the mind. When no sexual desires of any kind manifest in an aspirant any more, and when there is no more personal attraction, that means kundalini energy has passed beyond swadhisthan chakra.
Manipur Chakra
Manipur is derived from two Sanskrit words: Mani means diamond or precious stone and pur means city or house. Therefore, manipur literally means 'city of diamond'. Manipur radiates and distributes pranic energy through out the entire human framework. It is also regulating and energizing the various activities of organs, system and process of life. It is the centre of energy, and it`s distribution, willpower and achievement. Due to it's nature of energy distribution entire human framework known as Manipur or as well as centre of sun (heat).
In the yogic scriptures (HYP) it is said that the bindu (in the head) secretes nectar which falls down to Manipur (end of the downward journey of nectar-life fluid) and is consumed by the sun (manipur).
Manipur chakra locates directly behind the navel on the inner wall of the spinal column. Physical area of this chakra is around the navel or at the inner side at the navel.
Manipur is symbolized by a ten petals. In the centre of the lotus is the region of fire, symbolized by an inverted fiery red triangle which shines like the rising sun.
As long as the evolution is in the planes of mooladhar and swadhisthan, one has mental and emotional problems and sees the whole world correspondingly, but as soon as one transcends these planes and goes to manipur, all the bliss, noble views, perfect ideas and greater possibilities of human consciousness are seen.
Anahat Chakra
Anahat mean immortal. It is mean the this is the form of heart charka which never tire till life is in the body. It mean also sound without clash. It is the centre of sound, the sound of life. It is called Nad-Brahm due to this sound vibration takes place and let the life go through. Anahat chakra is situated in the spinal column on the inner wall, directly behind the centre of the chest.
Vishnu granthi, the second psychic knot, is located at this heart centre. It represents the bondage of emotional attachment.
Vishnu granthi is untied as the emotions harmonize and enhance, rather than oppose, the spiritual awakening.
Vishuddhi Chakra
Vi means totally and shuddhi means purify, means chakra which is totally purified. Vishuddhi chakra exists in the cervical plexus directly behind the throat pit. Its place is in the front of the neck, at the throat pit or also can say thyroid gland. Some Tantric texts say Vishuddhi chakra is as a purple lotus of sixteen petals. In Pericarp of this lotus is a circle which is white like the full moon, representing the element of ether or akasha. This ethereal region is the gateway to liberation for one whose senses are pure and controlled. It is the bridge between Heaven and Erth (Swarga and Bhuloka). The beeja mantra is ham.
Vishuddhi is the centre responsible for receiving thought vibrations of mind from other peoples. Associated with vishuddhi is a particular nerve channel known as kurma nadi, the tortoise nadi. When it is awakened, the practitioner is able to completely overcome the desire and necessity for food and drink. This capability has been demonstrated by many yogis in the past.
Agyan Chakra
Literally, agyan means 'command' or the monitoring centre. It is also called the commanding point of all other energy resources (Kundalini chakra energy). It is also called third eye or Gyana Netra (the eye of knowledge).
Agyan is symbolized by a two petalled lotus. Below the chakra the three nadis merge (ida, pingla and susumna). It is the meeting point of all three nadis from down and dividing point from up.
Each chakra is considered to possess a tanmatra or specific sense of modality, a gyanendriya or organ of sense perception, and a Karmendriya or organ of action. The Tanmatra, Gyanendriya and Karmendriya of Agyan chakra are all considered to be the mind. The mind is able to gain knowledge by subtle means, rather than by the input of sense data from the various sense organs, which are the Gyanendriyas of the other chakras. The mind perceives knowledge directly via a sixth or intuitive sense, which comes into operation as Agyanchkra awakens. This sense is the Gynendriya of the mind.
If you are eating, sleeping or talking and you are not aware of it, then agyan is not operating, but if you are talking and one area of your awareness knows it, this knowing, this awareness is the faculty of Agyan. If Kunalini shown in this field, you're all the perception towards life, action and thought becomes difference then the normal pleples. Your internal eyes become stronger and many other things you can take in the knowledge which is not visible from physical eyes.
Sahasrara Cakra
Literally Sahasrar means thousands and it is due to the nature of sahasrar chakra. This is because Sahasrar denoted by thousands of petals. Actually it is mean that this point is the centre of all the consciousness and able to combinate with energy or the rays. In tantra, when the kundalini chakra's energy united with other chakras energy and reaches in Sahasrar, that is called as unification of power (Sakti) with consciousness (Shiva).
When the moment of self-realization or samadhi begins, at this point the individual dies. It is not the mean that physical death occurs; it is death of the experience of name and form. At this time you do not remember the 'I', the 'you' and the 'they'.
First comes sensual awareness, then mental awareness, and above that is super mental awareness, the awareness of your own self. The awareness of forms, sound, touch, taste and smell is the awareness of the senses. The awareness of the, space and object is mental awareness. Super mental awareness is not a point; it is a process, a range of experience. Just word 'driving license' refers to the time of experience, in the same way, samadhi is not a particular point of experience, but a sequence of experience which graduate from one stage to another.
In the Yogasutra, you will not come across the word 'Kundalini' at this text does not directly deal with kundalini yoga. However, not every saint, monks or Guru referred to Kundalini by this name. In the Patanjal Yogsutra, emphasis is placed on development of a state called Samadhi. Samadhi actually means super mental awareness.

Swami Parampuja SN Saraswati
Our life, desires, actions and accomplishments are controlled by the sexual desires, and whatever we do in life is an expression of that lower chakra. Our lower samkaras and karmas are embedded there and, as in lower incarnations, our whole being is founded on the sexual personality.
Sexual fulfilment and sexual frustrations control our life. If sexual urges are removed from life, everything will change. Often we react to sexual life on account of bitter experiences and we vow not to follow the same path again. We are fed up and on account of that we say, "No more." But this is not a solution; it is only a reaction and not the permanent structure of our mind.
The purpose of the sexual act is threefold, and these three fold purposes depend on the level and frequency of one's mind. Some people practise it for procreation, others for pleasure only, because that is the level of their mind. Some practise it to open the door of Samadhi. They do not care for recreation or the fulfilment of passion; they are only concerned with awakening an experience and sublimating it. Through that experience they open the higher centres. So those who practise the normal sexual act must awaken mooladhar chakra first. Also, through the sexual act, a female can awaken mooladhar and swadhisthan chakra, if her partner is a yogi, Generally for these chakras to awaken in a human's body, he will have to practise some special practise of yoga such as pranayam, shatkarma, Vajroli, Mool banadha, Uddiyan bandha, Mahamudra, Banda, Paranamardan etc.
A yogi who is practising it to bring higher is called Sadhana, does not have to give up his or her partner and the marital relationship. If you think that to be a yogi you must give up sex, why do not you also give up eating and sleeping? Yoga has nothing to do with giving up these things; it is only concerned with transforming their purpose and meaning.
In both the male and female bodies, there is a vestigial gland at mooladhar chakra which is something like a knot is know as Brahma Granthi, the knot of Brahma. Here Brahma is Lord of creation or lord of the source. And here brahma granthi is the source of the root energy. As long as this knot remains intact, the energy located in this area is blocked, but the moment the knot is opened, shakti awakens.
In the whole life what we do, the all activities and desire, eighty percent of all are the influence by our sexual awareness.
