Definition of Karma
There are two kind of karma. Mental and Physical. All the motion and it's experience, mental or physical are karma.
There are two main categories of Karma. Bhogyoni karma and Karmabhogyoni karma. When nature decide the karma itself and their result called bhogyoni. It is control directly through nature. All the living beings accept human beings come under this category.
When karma decided by nature and by their own intellect is come under karmabhogyoni. Its control through nature and also through their own ideology and intellect. All human beings belongs to this category. This karma has their two sub division, karma for own benefit, karma for other benefit. Both sub divisional karma can be without losing or hurting of someone's property or with losing or hurting someone's property.
Karmyoga is the conclusion of all above karma who decide to do karma through their own intellect and mind. In karma yoga, mind is being balance during karma and its result. Karma yoga is the detachment within Karma not to detach from Karma. There are two direction of Karma. One is the anavarat karma(continues movement of mind) and Sthool karma(karma by using physical body). In fact, human beings are doing karma every moment of the life because they have some movement does not matter, it is mental motion.
Some people say taking breath is also karma, that can be not competely truth on the level of karma even peoples can experience this action. For karma their is one more factor is working and this is motion though own effort.
This is the important point why karma stand as karma yoga. In the karma where your effort can chage the motion of karma, there is also possibility to change its direction. Due to this charater we detach with karma ego and be neutral of its result. By this practice we get vairagya(material detachment) and this vairagya help us to unite with our spirit(itself).
That'swhy Karma is action, yoga is unity and karma yoga is to get the help of our karma to becomes unite.
Practice of Karma Yoga
There is the one more example, insect who prepare silk thread, covering itself in between. This two phenomena, one attachment with the Karma and other the Silk which is the symbol of material. Result what he get due to his Karma, He get throw in the hot water before he come out from his silk world (material world). This was the end of silk insect with attachment of Karma and its result as a material object.
This is the Karma in Avidya. Avidya is mind without intellect and totally depends and fully atach with the subject of senses. This Avidya give birth to many emotional problems, and meteal stress. With this condition again take birth other problem. hate, demanded love, angerness, depression, unsatisfaction, no trust, afraidness and these all things are demarit of the brain and they take lot of energy to balance the situation. Who knwo Vidya, never attach with sensual subject. Enjoy but be out of this enjoyment. Love but be out from love with demand. Eat nice food but very free, but if there is no food then you can be also feel free from this condition. Not to be atach with this condition that you do not have the food and it make you sad. Jut just try to get the food but you can not cry then you know crying taking time and taking energy. Stand and do some action, but be away from this action that you are doing for the food. If you do not get then? better do action but the fool of nice mood and without making any story with result of this action. Think the material object little more different. It will improve your Vidya.

another girl think, oh nich man, how can I get him, but ......why I think so, ...what he have? muscules, bone, borrow fat from animal, may he have also same as other man... no no its ok. I do not think anymore on him.
Both did karma but first girl atach so much with sensual subject and she do not want to come out. every time she cry but just to laugh few moment which is also not stable run like crazy whole life and never becomes really relax and peace.
Other girl work on mind some years and now she enjoy her peace without being crazy.
Infact both are karma but first girl's karma is just movement or just karma for unstability and other girl's karma is coming under karma yoga.
One thing, the Karma what we do for the material achievement is Karma but it is the atachement of karma result. If we see according to Karma for Yog (Karma Yog) then we do the karma even it is for the material but same time during karma we understand the reality of the result through thatva(fundamental principal of nature or Gyan). When we are detach within karma then what the result come we accept it with relax mind and it not make us suffer bad for good on the mental level dees not matter it make us suffer on physical level bad but this physical level suffer help to understand the reality of the creation and unstability of the material things which is body itself too. Then we becomes relax on the mental level and this is Vairagya. Through this all we save lot of energy which could be consume for nothing. This energy use in the brain for other development. This development of the brain power help to be stablish and unite and when it is getting done is called karma yoga
The meaning of Karma Yoga, Yoga 'to be unite' or 'when one thing stablish in other' and Karma is action.
Karma Yog, to be stablish in Karma is 'Karma Yog'? Or being free from karma to use the karma is Karma Yog? So, here I can say, leberation through karma is Karma Yoga. Or in otherhand, detachment of the karma and it's result is Karma Yog. Karma Yoga means not to be away from Karma ratherthan being away during karma.
Na hi kashchitkshanmapi jatu tishthatyakarma krit I
Karyate hyavashah karma sarvah prakritijairguneh II 5, 3 Gita
That means, no any human beings are no any time free from Karma. Every human beings are in the proccess of Karma according according to their character created through nature. Karmaa are not take place through body. Body is the just medium. Karma take place through the mind. Mind intiate the Karma, Mind give the order to the body. By doing Karam body is even detached from Karma. Mind do karma. Mind suffer good are bad what comes out through its Karma. Body is quite but mind is thinking every moment. Then how we can make this karma as a medium to becomes liberate.
Then there is developed one theory, that we can get intrest in Karma and with doing karma we not to be attach with this Karma, called Karma Yoga.

Infact, every Karma, from every kind have done through the character of nature even thoh whos inner part becomes proud from self igo for doing karma, such kind of knowledgeless person think, I am doing Karma. Character of nature(who have itself three qualitities) are panchamahabhuta(sky, air, fire, water, earth) mind, itellect, ego, five karmendria, five subject are in group called Guna vibhag and being try of above is Karma Vibhag. To divert separate spirit from all above is to know tatva.
Indriyasyendriyassyarthe ragdweshau byavasthitau I

In the subject of all the senses hide the love and hate. Human beings should not be undercontrol from those subjects because they are the disturbing enemy in the way of achievement.
Ishavasyamidam sarva yatkincha jagtyam jagat I
Ten tyakten bhungitha ma gridhah kasyaswid dhanam II
Kurvnneveh karmani jijeevichchita samah I
Evam tvayi nanyathetosti n karma lipyate nareh II
(1,2 Mantra, Ishavashyopnishad)
There is the great message from holy Upanishad, that, all the things from the universe or beyond the universe what we can proof, these power to proof and what we are proofing is all because of the God and no any single particle is separat from him. To think this ideology and always memorise on God. take the thinks from nature or use the subjects of the senses only how much you need to fulfil you duty without ataching.
Think, all the things are belongs to God, I, also belongs to God. He gave this everythings to suffer so, I should not enjoy the life through sensual activities ratherthan I use my sensual organ only to complete my duty to being ideal person and pray to God to giving senses that I can remember my God who is only stable. By doing as mentioned above, desire to complete your life with happy mind and then the karma will not tied you and you will be free. Otherwise there is no any way to come out form this agony of the material world.
