Ida pingla ek kar susman diyo chalaye I

When the flow of Prana in Ida and pingla becoms eqal or unite, susumna activate. This is the ambition of yoga.

Yoga is the not matter about fun, it is the science of backward journey to meet your own soul where exist only 'imortal peace'. It is the victory on your uncontrolled mind, to get the victory on non stability is very claver work, it can be boring and painful in begening. It is  a hard effort to understand itself.
After victory, after unity with itself, after journey, will be only peace, inner balance, satisfaction and complete stable mind. That will be the 'final victory on Life'                      ...Kashinath
